Meanwhile WHO 2020 reports, worldwide, around 50 suffer dementia, and there are nearly 10 new cases every year. Acupuncture research Alzheimer's cases, a decrease cognitive level or can improve verbal, motor, abilities, mood. But until now still very rarely used this case. aim determine effect stimulation on Skin, Connective tissue, Aponeurosis, Loose areolar, Pericranium (SCALP) electro reduce elder rate Aisyiyah Nursing Home Surakarta.
 Methods: study was conducted at Surakarta 2 months. Dementia measured Mental Mini State Examination (MMSE) analyze cross-sectional approach one-group pretest-posttest design. There 15 subjects, using purposive sampling techniques. Needle insertion performed Brain point Yamamoto New SCALP (YNSA).
